Art. 7 of Law Decree 196 dated 30 June 2003 -Right of access to personal data and other rights
The personal data provided during the purchase order are processed for the sole scope of fulfilling the obligations arising from the purchase contract entered by the customer as well as satisfying consequent obligations set down by laws, regulations or EC legislation.
The data processing will also use electronic equipment and shall be carried out in compliance with the methods under art. 11 of Law Decree 196 dated 30 June 2003 n. 196. All minimum security measures have been adopted for personal data processing under art.'s 33 and later amendments of the relevant Law. I.S.P.E SNC shall update said measures so as to comply with any future amendments of the Law as well as the technical evolution of the sector and experienced gained.
Personal data is provided voluntarily, however is essential for the aforementioned scopes of the data processing. Failure to provide your personal data will make it impossible to satisfy the undertakings arising from the a purchase contract.
The controller of personal data processing, in other words the individual responsible for decisions concerning the scopes and methods of processing personal data, is I.S.P.E. SNC , with registered offices in Via Galilei, 22 RUBANO (PD).
